Program Description

The Team Program is a series of three workshops where each team member discovers who they are, then brings those individual definitions together to define who we are as a team. We then take the team definition and apply it directly to the organizations mission, vision, and goals, to produce a Leadership Vision and Plan. Lastly, we bring the team’s Vision and Plan to life in the organization, measuring and delivering our leadership results.

Create an Authentic Vision and Plan for yourself. Create an Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan for your team, then make it happen in your organization over three months. We measure your team’s innovation, performance, and results, as outline in your team’s plan.

Workshop 1: Be Who You Are

Workshop Description

Be Who You Are is an experiential workshop where participants discover who they authentically are and what is important to them, then create a vision and plan to live in alignment.

The focus is on answering three key questions:
    1. Who am I?
    2. What is important to me?
    3. How do I get on that path?

Workshop Objectives

Create written answers to the three key questions. The first answer will be a timeless definition of who you are. The second answer will be a time-dependent definition of what is important to you at this stage in your life. The third answer is a vision and plan for how to bring those to life.

Workshop Learning Outcomes

  1. Discover who I am.
  2. Discover what is important to me and in what priority.
  3. Write a Vision and Plan for how I will make it happen.

Workshop Participant Assessment/Evaluation

Complete the following assignments:

  1. Written definition of “I am fulfilled…” and “At the core…”
  2. Written definition of what is important to me and in what priority.
  3. Written Authentic Vision and Plan for at least the first 6 priorities.

Workshop 2: Be Who We Are

Workshop Description

Be Who We Are is an experiential workshop where team members discover who they are, as a whole team. The team then applies who they are directly to the organizations mission, vision, values and goals, culminating in an Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan.

The focus is on answering three key questions:
1. Who are we?
2. What do we offer?
3. How do we deliver?

Workshop Objectives

Create written answers to the three key questions. The first answer will be a timeless definition of who we are as a team. The second answer will be a time-dependent definition of what we offer as a team, prioritized by how big an impact we can have on the organization. The third answer is a leadership vision and plan for how to deliver results in our organization.

Workshop Learning Outcomes

  1. Discover who we are as a team.
  2. Learn to collaborate and fully engage with your team and in the organization.
  3. Write a Leadership Vision and Plan for how we impact our organization.

Workshop Participant Assessment/Evaluation

Complete the following assignments:

  2. Written definition of what we offer and how big our impact will be on the organization.
  3. Written Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan for at least the first 6 priorities.

Workshop 3: Integrate We

Workshop Description

Integrate We is an experiential workshop that takes place in three days, spread over three months. Each day, team members learn new skills and tools for implementing their Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan in their daily work. The focus is on creating real results in the organization.

Workshop Objectives

Over the course of three months, bring your Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan to life by taking action, measuring results for alignment, then re-engaging until results are attained.

Bottom Line: The first three months of the plan will be implemented and reviewed for how well we aligned ourselves, innovated and performed in the organization.

Workshop Learning Outcomes

  1. Learn and operationalize the Integrate We Cycle.
  2. Learn the connection between action, accountability, results, and decisions.
  3. Discover the leadership results and the impact of bringing your team visions and plans to life.

Workshop Participant Assessment/Evaluation

Complete the following assignments:

  1. Participation in 24 hours of instruction.
  2. Complete written assignments: Soak, SMART goals, 3D’s, Be vs Do, Team Renewal.
  3. Action taken outside workshop to forward Authentic Leadership Vision and Plan.
